When it comes to the products I usually buy, I see to it that the sellers as well as the customer service representatives are giving me the right service and attitude. I don’t care if you have the best product if your service is not that good. I might just not buy or repeat my purchasing to your company. I am looking forward to the right approach they could give me especially when buying hid headlights, d2s bulbs and hid kits. This is to make sure that there is a harmonious relationship between me and the company. I wanted to have for myself a company to patronize. I want as much as possible to stick to something that could give me satisfaction and fulfillment.
So the best thing to do now is to secure for myself a company that can make me feel at ease and will not waste my time talking to them. There should be no rude behavior of customer service representatives since that will just destroy the trust of the consumers.
